Ministry of Education M&E
We are leading the design of a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation framework for Zambia’s education sector. This initiative aligns key indicators with the SDGs and the 8NDP while addressing capacity gaps and ensuring robust data collection and reporting tools. Our collaborative approach engages stakeholders across all levels to create a framework that drives accountability and supports evidence-based decision-making.
DAI Baseline Study
As part of our focus on accountability and skills, we contributed to a critical baseline study for DAI. Our role included designing data collection tools, analysing baseline data, and recommending strategies to track and enhance project impact.
